A freebie, but a goodie

Here is a freebie I recently made.  It is available on TPT, or you can get it here.  It is designed for your students to do a self assessment of their performance in each subject.  In the past this has really improved the quality of work, attention to detail, and overall drive to succeed. Hope you like it!

  1. I just found your blog! So cute! I love your pics at the top. Thanks for replying to my Keurig comment on my blog. Welcome!

  2. I just found your blog!! Love the report card! I always have my 2nd graders assess themselves before report cards are sent home!

    Daydreams of a Student Teacher

    1. I love that you adapted it! It is great seeing other teachers use ideas and make it their own so it works for them. I also loved seeing the pictures of the student comments on their report card.

  6. Amy,

This is such a fantastic resource! I can see teachers using this for so many reasons-- I am definitely pulling this out before our next set of conferences so I can include my students' voices into the mix :)

I blogged about this on 3-6 Free Resources here:

I am your newest follower and am so appreciative of your great resources!

  7. Hi Stephanie! Thanks for your kind words. I found this resource really helpful because it is great to give the students a voice, even in the lower grades. I hope it works well in your class.
